Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
i just got on probation i went to an alcohol class evaluation but didnt go there i went somewhere else then they called and said i faile a urine test for alcohol at the first one but im done my second one in two weeks what will happen with probation

Ultimately, what happens depends on whether your agent requests a violation and then whether the judge decides to continue or incarcerate. Sometimes early in probation, substance abuse is forgiven as long as the probationer pursues treatment.
