Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

i just got put on probation, i went to an evalutation at an alcohol class they did some paper work but i found a better class that was closer and better treatment as long as i stay in my second class do i have to go back to the first one, the first one also said i failed my first alcohol test and he called my po but i know i was clean and have been for everyone of the test for the new class

Whether you must complete a specific program is determined by the probation order. If it specifies a particular program, and you complete an alternative one, you may be found in violation.
