hello,i need help fast,someone tells police that im growing marijauna on my property that is posted, police walk outside of my property and find 3 marijauna plants growing on someone elses property, and get a search warrant for my house is this legal thank's for info

The United States Constitution and various State laws prohibit unreasonable searches of property and persons. From what you describe, arguably there was neither a reasonable suspicion nor probable cause for the search. Now, I have not seen the report given to the Judge in order to obtain the search warrant. Perhaps there were other factors, witnesses or other evidence that were proffered.
