What is the usual first time sentence for harassment that happened over a 3 day period ? Electronic mail aka text message.

While most first time offenders would not be sentenced to a term of confinement for harassment, there is no usual sentence, because sentencing is supposed to be based no the uniqueness of the offense and the offender.
