Want to appeal DUI conviction
Old case.... was offered PBJ some time ago and since the offer complied with all the stipulations. Went back to Ct last week and was told the new Judge wouln't accept the PBJ recommendation. Now I come to find my license will be suspended for at least two months.... this doesn't seem fair. I want to appeal.
