If you have a custody and access order from 2011 and a judge grants temporary full custody during an emergency hearing in 2014 but does not address access does both parties abide by the preexisting order from 2011? Case in Montgomery County MD

The '11 order as to access should still be in force if there is no change indicated in the more recent order. A problem will arise if that would result in inconsistencies, so it would be best to either try and work out a new access (visitation) plan during the temporary period, or failing that, file a motion with the court addressing this issue.
