Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Hello,

I have been divorced for about two years. My divorce settlement has been finalized. My ex-husband is stalling (to be nice) to pay me my settlement money. It is not alimony, but a settlement. Everything is final, what steps do I need to take to get this in the courts so I can recieve my money? Does it need go even go to court? District court, civil court, etc?

Thank you,
