Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

We have joint legal custody of our daughter and I have full physical legal custody... Every other weekend he gets her. This is going to be the first weekend. I am not sure if am supposed to supply all her needs... (Pamper, wipes, milk, clothes etc.) She is 9 months and he feels her does not have to supply anything because he was order to pay child support. Do I have to send her with supplies or is it ok if I just drop her off?

Generally the visitation parent covers expenses for the child during visitation, but it seems that it would be in the best interests of your infant daughter that you make sure she has what she needs for the weekend rather than rely on him. If you have the occasion to be in court on another issue you could seek court clarification of this one.
