I have joint legal/physical custody over my daughter with her mother.When/if I get married, what right would my wife have as it pertains to my daughter?

Your wife would not directly acquire any rights over your daughter. However, as a practical matter, when you are exercising your custody rights, she would derive from you the ability to exercise authority as a step-parent in the context of controlling her behavior and enforcing whatever rules you impose.
