If the house is titled jointly (tenancy by the entireties on the deed), you can get an exclusive use and possession order if you will have custody of minor children who wills be staying there. If there aren't children, you will need to work out a property settlement or seek an order from the divorce court awarding you the property. If you have enough equity and can refinance, you could buy out his interest. If you are sole owner already, you can get him out more easily.
