Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I was ordered joint legal custody of my child from the state of wisconsin, and currently reside in Maryland. I have not seen or heard from my ex husband, and he refuses me any contact with my son, what can I do and where do I file?

You will need to file in Wisconsin. Hire a family law lawyer there.
