can my parental righs be reinstated in Maryland. I pay child support but not allowd to see or contact my daughter

It may depend on the circumstances that brought about the termination of your rights. If you gave them up voluntarily, particularly in favor of another person, it would be difficult. If they were terminated involuntarily and the reasons for doing so have now changed, you could file a petition to restore rights. You would then have to demonstrate in court that you have resolved the issues that led to the termination. These are complicated matters, and you will need the assistance of an experienced family law attorney if you want to be successful.
