Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I am petitioning court to modify my visitation from supervised visits to unsupervised visits. How hard is this to do, I can't afford and lawyer and can't seem to get any help.

If your ex opposes this, and especially if s/he has an attorney, you will be at an extreme disadvantage. Have you investigated whether you are income-eligible for a reduced-fee or even a pro bono (free) attorney through a county bar association sponsored program? The larger counties also typically have weekly clinics where you can go and get face to face advice at no cost with an experienced family attorney. Check these out.
