seperation agreement

Can I put in my agreement that if she dates anyone during our seperation that i can file for divorse under adultry? Also, she has a protective order against me but i need certain information from her, how can i get the needed info with a no contact order in place?

I doubt that she would agree to such language. However, most separation agreements include language reserving the parties' rights to file for divorce on any appropriate ground. Regarding the protective order, you can file for a modification to allow you to contact via mail for discovery purposes, or you would hire an attorney to take over the case for you.
