It is unfortunate. It looks like your husband is not the "marrying" kind.

You may be able to use the emails as evidence of adultery. You need to authenticate that they are emails from his account to the account of his paramours.

Can you get alimony? Since you were just married, the chances are that if you were to get any alimony, it would be for a limited period of time and just enough to enable you to relocate and/or establish yourself here in a reasonable vocation. This all depends on the amount of money you earned and your ability to earn money before you were married, whether the marriage greatly reduced your ability to earn money for yourself, whether you worked during the marriage and what you earned, what he earns, his ability to pay, your needs, the fault of the divorce and any other equitable factors that affect his ability to pay, your needs and your ability to earn an income (ie disability of either party, education, training etc). The length of the marriage is also a factor-the longer the marriage, the more the possibility for some kind of alimony if the other factors militate in favor of it.

I don't think you can use the information from his cell phone and even so it doesn't prove a case of adultery. There are other grounds for divorce, the easiest being a period of separation by consent for 1 year. As for alimony, you have a very short term marriage which works against you, but if there is a significant difference in your incomes and you don't have the present ability to support yourself, you may be entitled to it.
