Medical Leave Of Absence
If I have to take a leave of absence from my job for medical reasons, does my employer have to hold my job for me?
I work in a small medical office, where there is only the doctor, his wife (office manager) and myself.

Re: Medical Leave Of Absence The federal Family Medical Leave Act applies only to employers with more than 50 employees -- so it may not apply to your circumstances. If you think there may be a problem, please feel free to call as more details and facts may give rise to thoughts on other options.
