What are residents of Maryland entitled to under the Maryland State Family Medical Leave Act? i.e; how many weeks of leave?

Re: Number of days entitled There are a number of conditions that apply to whether your employer is covered under the State Medical Leave Act, which is governed by the FMLA. If your employer is covered under either, your are entitled to 12 weeks, without pay. Hope this has been helpful. |
