Dog liabilty
My dog jumped over our back fence and scratched a child , his grandfather even said it was a scratch ( it wasn't a small scratch ) mom is now saying the boy was bit she took him to her employer who is a Dr , no medical charges I was ther he didnt bie him he did however scratch him pretty good . 15 minutes later he is back behind the house fishing again.
