Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

My grandfather had a trust fund set up for me for college. When he died, my mother became the executor of his estate and threw me out of the house. She took my college trust fund and used it to purchase a house for herself. Is there any legal recourse I can take?

If there was a trust document set up by your grandfather leaving you money for your college tuition what your mother did is obviously illegal. Do you have a copy of the trust document? If not, how do you know that one was ever prepared? Do you know the name of the law firm that prepared the document?

If you have access to the trust agreement please send it to me by fax@ 240-553-1731 or email it to me at [email protected] and I will review it at no charge.

If no trust document exists than you have an uphill battle to win your case in Court...
