You need to hire a lawyer to help you. A lawyer will know how to stop this from happening. There are Maryland statutes that will force the opposing party to pay your attorney fees and additional penalties if the opposing party continues the legal action for the purpose of harassment, etc. Consult a Maryland litigator immediately. Bring all the court documents, filing, motions, and orders with you so the lawyer can review them.

Best of luck.*****The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.******
