Subpeonas

I recieved a subpeona to go to court and testify. It was sent to me in the mail and was not a registered letter and i didnt sign anything to get it. Is it still legal and binding?

Probably not - generally, court subpoenas must be served in person. But before you ignore a subpoena, consult with a real live lawyer to be sure you are safe in doing so.
