Legal Question
My I 485 is pending in Texas Center even though the due date is expired far behind.
Recently, I got one problem ,VA state filed the case against me on stalking someone.
I want to know if i am given sentence that might be probation to not to meet each other for six months. DOSE IT effects MY TO PENDING CASE.
Please will you give me ADVICE??
