Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
My F1 Visa is expiring on November 15, 2011 and I am planning to go back to my home country for a month in July and come back in the first week of August. Am I gonna be in trouble at port of entry because my visa is going to expire with in 2 months ?

No you should not have a problem if your visa is still valid and you are planning to attend school.
