Legal Question in International Law in Maryland

A franchised Hardee's restaurant illegally occupies a section of our property in Egypt. The owner is a local businessman. Is it possible to sue Hardee's itself and/or the businessman in a US federal court? Thank you!

No, if the issue turns on Egyptian real estate law, you need to sue there even if the defendants would be subject to general jurisdiction in the US.
