Legal Question
Emplyer liable?
Was wondering, we are having a bad snow storm here in MD, I asked my supervisor for permission to leave, and was threatened with termination if I left. Now if I were to get in an accident on the way home because we will have 8 or 9'' of snow bt then , are they at least partially liable? thanks.
