I was promised full employment,my hours were cut, i was asked to work, when other employees called out . i was not paid for all the hours I worked , and O doscover tjat my employer classified me in a work oppourtunity tax credit program.

Hello. Generally an employer can limit or cut back hours at any time as they see fit. It is perfectly legal to ask one employee to pick up shifts when other employees call out. However, the law requires pay for time worked. Do you have documentation of hours that you worked but were not paid for? Did your employer give a reason for not paying you? If the employer withheld pay for more than two weeks you may be able to recover all the withheld pay plus damages.
