Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland

I was asked to write a statement of events that took place at a customers home while i was there working. The home owner is trying to evict the tenant. Do I need my statement notarized since i will not be there in person?

You omitted important information. Who asked you to write a letter? If it is not your employer, you may want to clear it through the company. They can tell you if you are required to do so and assist you in writing it. If you work for the landlord, ask the landlord what it needs regarding the letter.
