Legal Question
Who do I sue?
I want to file a small claims case against an Imaging center that missed a fracture of my infant son's arm. The Center has some relationship with the local hospital, yet I believe they are a seperate business. I have been trying to figure out who to address my correspondance to for days - I give up! Help!
