Can I file a law suit for receiving the wrong medicine from a pharamacy?

If you have damages and can show either breach of contract or negligence. See a lawyer who can review the particular facts and advise you accordingly.

If the pharmacy dispensed the wrong medication, that may be a breach of a duty of care that would amount to negligence -- the big issue is whether there were any damages suffered. If you or someone else was harmed by the negligence, then you should contact an attorney quickly to ascertain the facts and your options.
