Legal Question in Mediation in Maryland

arbitrator in upcoming arbitration just indicted by federal grand jury

My company is the claimant an an arbitration. Respondent is son of the 2 arbitrators. Respondent's key witness is an out of state attorney and is the sister and sister in law of the arbitrators. Remember, the arbitrators are the Respondent's parents. One of the arbitrators, the respondent and the respondent's witness (aunt) have just been indicted (4 courts) of obstruction of justice and lying to a grand jury. We asked that the arbitrators withdraw, they refused. We requested the respondent's attorney to join in a motion to have the arbitrators dismissed and have the court appoint a new arbitrator, she refused. Any suggestions?

Any arbitration conducted where the arbitrator is related to a party is void. Hire a lawyer, go to court, and get a new arbitrator appointed.
