I'm not sure if I understand your question. Are you asking if there is already a class action law suit pending against Exxon for similar cases, and how can you get involved in it? Or are you asking if you have grounds to start such a suit?

In either event, you would have to establish through competent expert medical testimony that your husband's exposure to conditions on the job caused his pulmonary fibrosis. You would also have to prove that Exxon knew about the problem and did nothing to prevent it, and that had they done so, it could have prevented your husband's illness.

You probably have a valid worker's compensation death claim if you can establish that the condition was due to work place exposure. You might want to contact a worker's comp attorney to discuss this. Good luck.

THere are a couple class action sites on the web. Do a search under "class action" and you will surely find several of them. Good luck.
