injury law. when i rent a house, can i include a not responsible for any injurys in the rental agreement. in the house or on the property. this is in maryland thank you ray

You can, but it's doubtful you can enforce it as part of the contract. I'm assuming you are a landlord, although you didn't say. A better plan is to require the tenant to maintain renter's insurance and to do so yourself as well.
