if i want my insurance company to send me a check in my name instead of my busines name will they do it

Your question is too broad to answer. It depends on what the check is for. If it's for a claim, it will probably be in the name of the claimant. If your business is an LLC or a corporation, and the check is for the business, it will probably be issued in the business name. Check with them.
