Legal Question in Product Liability in Maryland

I am not sure how to handle this or if I have a case, but I want to check into it to see if I have been affected by Accutane. I took accutane for approximately 18 months when I was 15-16 years old. After going through puberty, I have dramatic differences in my breast size. One of my breasts (left) is a D cup and the other (right) is an A cup (maybe a B). I am wondering that since I was on this medication through my puberty, could this have had an effect on my development? If so, am I entitled to compensation for the surgery to get it repaired? I have gone through consultations to have a breast augmentation, but due to the costs I decided against it. My mother brought up the medication to me today, and though the thought never crossed my mind previously, I realized the medicine may have affected my growth through puberty.

Where do I go from here? Do I talk to a lawyer? A doctor? Do I even have a case?

Thank you.

Start with a lawyer. There are some who specialize in Accutane litigation -- you can find them easily online using Google. They can send you to the right doctors, who can tell you whether there may be a causal connection between your medical issues and the medicine.

Best of luck.
