Can a HOA association take HOA payment that was sent to them and give it to Lawyers Office who represents the HOA and then say You missed and owe a HOA payment? H OA stating that your payment was sent to the lawyers office because your account was in collections at the time but you went to court and the judge ruled in your favor that you didn't owe anything and you were in the right

If the court ruling effectively cleared your account including court costs and legal fees, you should receive proper credit for the recent payment. I suggest you contact the lawyer's office and ask them to get the issue resolved with their client, or explain why you would still have a delinquency following the judicial outcome.
