our house has gone into foreclosure & been sold but we have not been served any "vacate" papers..will we be served papers & given 30days or are we subject to being served & tossed in one fail swoop? we wont have money for the move for about another 2 weeks..

The foreclosure purchaser can seek possession after the sale has been ratified. You have two options: either contact the purchaser and try to arrange for a specific move-out date OR simply wait until you get served.

Yes you will be served papers but no you might not have 30 days, this may be closer to 14 days. You'll receive a notice with the specific date. Note that the rules are different for bona fide tenants living in the property - I assume from the wording of your question that you were instead the former homeowners.
