How do you get a non-paying sibling out of your deceased parents home?

The personal representative of the estate, assuming an estate has been opened, can file a wrongful detainer action in the District Court of Md in your county. If the property was a direct bequest to someone via the will of the last parent to die, and has already been titled over to that beneficiary, he/she can file the action.
