It's not clear what your situation is with regard to the person who has passed away. Is there a will? Are you the only living relative? Or are you referring to estate planning concerning your own estate? Regardless of your position, the Register of Wills in your county should be able to address your questions, and help you steer an estate through probate, if that's necessary.
