Re: sexual harassment of a minor

You asked about sexual harassment.

There are various statutes of limitations and various factors that could affect each of them.

Harassment could consist of civil, regulatory or criminal issues. Moreover, the fact that the alleged victim is underage there may even be another factor at play.

Don't hold your breath for the statute of limitations as it may be years in most respects. If you are seriously concerned about this matter then you need to speak with an attorney to discuss what you can or should do to mitigate any potential scenario.

I know this is not the answer you wanted, but without more it is what you get. Again, speak with an attorney.

Regards,

Roger
