Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland

Failure To Appear Recall

I am curious, what does it mean when the courts say failure to appear recall effective 2-12-08?

Re: Failure To Appear Recall

That means they removed your case from failure to appear status. You either paid your citation for a traffic case, or your warrant for a criminal/serious traffic matter was recalled.

Re: Failure To Appear Recall

It means that the initial citation was pulled from process. You should contact the court to ensure that this is in fact the status of the charge(s). The State may decide to bring charge(s) at a subsequent date as you have not been placed in jeopardy under the initial citation. Contact an attorney should you require representation.
