If an estate of a deceased person is out of money and the estate has not sold, who pays the property taxes? Does that fall to the executor of the will or to the closest living relatives?

Does the will give the executor the power to obtain loans on behalf of the estate? To ensure that the estate is run properly, the executor should consult with an attorney. Normally, under a will, the executor has the power to hire attorney, accountants, and other professional.
