Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland

Mother died and her personal vehicle was left to me. How do I go about getting it titled in my name?

An estate must be opened and "letters of administration" issued to the personal representative. The PR then signs over title and attaches an original letter of administration which needs to go the MVA.
