Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland

My mother's Power of Attorney has her old home address in Virginia on it. She now lives with me in Maryland. Do I need to change this, and if so, how?

You may need to do so. Lucky for you there are several attorneys who practice in Maryland and Virginia. You should think about consulting with an experienced attorney who practices in both states to review the power of attorney and draft a new POA with needed modifications (if any).

I am not licensed in Virginia.
