Legal Question in Workers Comp in Maryland

I was injured on my regular duty, am under dr. care. my doctor informed me that my injured part not make well totally in the future and I can�t abele to pick up and bend easily like healthy situation in addition to that to recover from pain takes time ,the other thing from my employer insurance they sent check but it is not the same as my pay check . on this matter I need your consultation .

If your question is why is your workers compensation check smaller than your regular paycheck, then the answer is that under Maryland Workers Compensation, you are paid 2/3rds of your "average weekly wage." These payments continue as long as your treating physician provides work restrictions and your employer does not have a position available within those restrictions.
