Legal Question in Disability Law in Massachusetts

Based upon my qualifications and the interview hiring process I was offered a job at a hospital. The offer was later rescinded when it was determined that I have eczema. Is this legal? I have worked in healthcare for several years, and my dermatologist wrote a memo that I am 'cleared to work'.
