Cwof & fid
Can a CWOF disqualify some one from getting their FID Restricted Card (mace pepper spray)? Since CWOF isn’t a conviction I would imagine that it doesn’t. Second part, majority of the time a CWOF is followed by Administrative Probation. Is this considered Pre-Trial probation? If so would they need to wait the 5 years to become eligible?
