30 warranty on used cars in mass. I bought a car and I brought it in for repair...it is not repaired. does the 30 day warranty start a date of passed inspection sticker?

30 days from the date of purchase. However, the "warranty shall be tolled for any period of time the motor vehicle is out of service by reason of repair under the manufacturer�s warranty." See Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 90 Section 7N/14 subsection (2)(A)(ii) and (2)(B):
