Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

purchase a car

I purchase a used car from a dealer in Massachusetts, they refused to let me have it inspected and they had it done, the first month of owning it I had to bring it back to them 4 times, I had to put tires, Brakes, rotor, struts, springs, speakers, a tune up they would only fix very small problems since the 30 days warranty was over on 3/27/07, I have replaced lower ball joints. And on june 21st 07 the engine stopped working completely, Now is there any thing I can do. These people made a promise that this car was mechanically sound and I can prove that it was not and they were not will to back up their word.

You should contact the Office of the Attorney General, which has a task force for Lemon Law matters, or can at least send you in the right direction.
