do I own this Van?
I sold my van two years ago and did not notorize the bill of sale or get the buyers address and phone number. A tow company wants me to pay $365 because I am the last registered owner of the vehicle. I don't have the title because I signed it over to the buyer. Do I stand A chance in small claims court?
