Re: Collections

Unfortunately, there is no general legal form necessary to collect an unpaid personal loan. Generally speaking, to facilitate collection of the unpaid loan, you would need to initiate a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction through the filing and service of a writ, summons and complaint. Without knowing any more details about the specific facts of your situation, it's nearly impossible to give you more pertinent information. You can feel free to contact my office for a free intiial consult.
